According to information just received, KB Feeder has been breached and flood water is moving fast to Chatto Chand about 10 kilometres east of Thatta city, the United Nations said late Friday.
"National highway has been flooded. There is another breach at KB Feeder and flood is heading to Thatta," UN humanitarian affairs office spokesman Maurizio Giuliano said in a statement.
The nearly month-long flooding from north to east and south of Pakistan has affected some 17 million people.
